Dynamic and physical yoga significantly promotes a higher level of energy and strength, flexibility and mobility, mental calm and concentration. The continued practice allows us to maintain greater relaxation and strength day by day.
No previous experience is required and anyone can practice it as it adapts to the level of each one. Participants progress at their own pace and according to their physical condition, skills and personal situation. Learning in class facilitates an independent individual practice. It is not related or proposes attitudes or beliefs of any kind. Yogafullness offers a space for wellness, health and the sense of personal balance.
