Exhibition: "More to Love. Thinking about AIDS from Art"

Activity   This exhibition is the result of the collaboration of Casa Asia with the ArtAids Foundation to promote the reflection on AIDS from the area of visual arts. The works that have been brought together have been produced by the Dutch collector Han Nefkens, a resident of Barcelona. With the purpose to stimulate the intercultural dialogue, they have coexisted works proceeding from Thai artists and western artists

The exhibition includes works by artists like Amrit Chusuwan, Arin Rungjang, Erich Weiss, Gerald Van Der Kaap, Kamol Phaosavasdi, Leo Copers, Manit Sriwanichpoom, Noree Thammarak, Nuts Society/Practical Studio, Otto Berchem, Patiroop Chychookiat, Pratchaya Phinthong, Prateep Suthathongthai and Sutee Kunavichayanont.

Each artist presents their work thinking about AIDS with the goal of challenge the stigma of the disease and promote its eradication.
