REGISTRATION FORM
Hand it in personally the registration within the timetable of the office at the address of Casa Asia indicated below at HSK@casaasia.es properly filled in and pay the corresponding fees. The following documentation must be attached:
1) Two 40x30 mm photographs (scanned correctly if you register by e-mail)
2) Photocopy of your ID or passport
3) Photocopy of your fee payment (the bank account number is on the registration form)
4) HSK Registration Form
The exam card with the identification number will be handed out on the day of the exam. To achieve the exam card it is essential to sit exams.
The registration fee will not be returned in any case. If the exam cannot be carried out in the date planned, a receipt must be presented signed and sealed before the call for the exam at the addres of Casa Asia indicated below. The person registered will have a unique second chance to carry out the exam. In no case can the registration be carried out on the phone. All the required documents must be received from the 2nd of November to the 27th of November 2009.
Those people who would like to carry out the traditional Chinese exam must indicate it clearly in their application. Once the registration period is over that option cannot be modified.
