Japanese cuisine workshop  
Activity The enrolment for the Japanese cuisine courses given every month by the cuisine teacher Hiroko has begun and they will take place throughout 2006-2007 year. Japanese cuisine is a fresh, healthy, low in fat and very pleasant for looking at and for tasting. In the workshop we will learn to cook Sushi, Tempura, Yakitori, Balls of rice with Umeboshi.
