Exhibition "Heart Art: Japanese Traditional and Contemporary Art"

Activity   Japanese art has a feature of the antiquity of its work: Novelty. For tihs reason, the exhibition presents traditional art and contemporary works as new elements suitable for new cultural readings.

Organizer   Casa Asia, the Institute of Culture of Barcelona City Council and the J. Llorens Artigas Foundation, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Mass Media of the Catalonian Autonomous Government (Generalitat), the Maritime Museum and Heart Art Communication

Schedule   The opening will be held on the 18th of July from 6pm to 8pm.

The rest of days, the exhibition can be visited from Monday to Sunday from 10am to 8pm.

Additional information   Heart Art in Barcelona commemorates the friendship bonds between Japan and Barcelona through the works of 400 Japanese artists that work from craftmanship to contemporary art.
