| Activity | Owing to the Chinese New Year, the Great Festival of the Chinese New Year 2008 will be held, the first festival with shows performed by Chinese immigrants. Among the different activities, Ouhua-Weili Supershow stands out, a show-contest by Chinese citizens resident in Spain and Spanish friends interested in the Oriental culture, as well as the exhibition "Chinese Arts, Paintings and Calligraphies". | |

| Additional information | According to the lunar calendar, the Chinese New Year has become one of the most important dates for the more than 1,300 million Chinese people in the world. It's the great festival for all the Chinese residents in Spain. Among them, the more than 40,000 Chinese residents in Madrid are going to celebrate this important date. | |
